Ashi Dashi put up some really cool new socks! I love the new Mario ones. I only wear ankle socks in black (I'm from San Diego, its too hot for full socks... even though its cheeking here in melbourne) but if I wore longer socks I would for sure pick some of theirs up.

They have some great styles, really fun looking stuff. I would for sure pick some up for my girl if I had one right now. So go do it.

So I know its a girl tee, and I am a guy... but I want this shirt in a guys version. I am a sucker for full print images / illustration mix and this one just nails it.

I mean, its got crows with a heart (and everyone knows how much I love hearts), hot chicks (love those), and tattoos (love those). It even has two of the words my sister has tattooed on her, "Live & Love"... even though she also has laugh on that list.

So yeah, get this printed on a mens gray in medium and I want one!

So its in pounds for the price but it comes out to roughly $30USD. For some reason I love this shirt, and I am sure it has a lot do with my love for Keaton's drawing style... the product mock is pretty sweet also.

So yeah. I'm stressed about work right now so I can't take time to write much more. Just go get the shirt, and expect much more drop dead on this site, their new line is amazing.

So I am thinking along with tshirts and what not I am going to start posting clothes in general that I like, figure its my blog... why not?

So I don't know about $76.00 for this beast but I do like a good cardigan. Makes you feel all rich and formal, like I should cover up the tattoos, gel back the hair, and hit up the tennis courts. Or sit around smoking a pipe talking about my latest stock investments.

Either way, I dig this cardigan and I am sure fairey didn't "design design" it himself, but knowing how that dude operates I am sure he had a very big hand in it. And ignore the guys lost eyes, I tried to cut his head out of is as much as I could.

So as everyone knows we did the new pyknic site (well, I guess its not that new anymore), but when I saw the preview for this one I knew I would want one and the cool dudes over at pyknic hooked it up. Its a tad snug but with how cold it is here I actually like it that way.

The colors are insane and its super soft. You for sure get a lot of strange looks wearing this around but I love it.

So no, I am not putting this on here because of Obama, sure its a big deal that he is president and all but I dig the shirt because of its mix media style. I love the black and white imagery combined with the vector and bubble gum colors... and it has 3D glasses! Come on, that's bad ass.

And since Glamour Kills launched their new line I suggest you check it out. I am sure I will get some more up here in the next few days... they have bathing suits now!

So if you haven't heard of Dan Mumford yet you better listen up and go check this mad man out. He is responsible for the amazing work on for Gallows along with the new The Devil Wears Prada stuff. His line work and concepts and color and ... and ... are so amazing. I am waiting for him to toss up a few more prints so I can pick one up.

But back to the shirt. I am not a huge fan of band tee's, mostly because of all the annoying conversations they start up or back prints but I would wear this with no hessitation. I love the colors in it and how styled up it is. The band name also fits in so well with the overal design.

So Invisible Creature finally launched their line and I must say I am quite impressed... and if you don't know who IC is you need to leave and never come back. These guys are practically our gods over here at we are synapse. A true inspiration in album and poster design.

With that being said it looks like they have put every ounce of effort that they do into their other projects into these. The prints look amazing and the IC tags on the sleeve are a super nice touch.

I'm for sure going to have to go pick one or two up.

I don't know what exactly it is about this shirt I like but I really enjoy it. The color is great, the placement is great, and I love the little expressions on the faces. For a simple shirt it sets a great tone.

I don't own it but if I get some extra, in the words of justin, "skrill", I will pick it up for sure. Who doesn't like looking at school photos?

Yes! Its true, I am finally back to updating the blog! Things got so crazy with work and my personal life something had to give. And that was the blog, sadly. But I am back for good.

Starting back up the site is a shirt from the new glamour kills line. I am a sucker for these style shirts. It should be getting here in the next few days but if it is anything like their other stuff the quality will be nothing short of amazing.

But seriously, how awesome is this shirt! I haven't been the biggest fan of a lot of their work jut because it isn't quite my scene but this new line has a few killer shirts that I picked up.

And on a side note, if anyone wants to help me run i drank hit me up with an email. I am going to write a simple backend so I am sort of looking for a contributor or something along those lines.

Yet another little span between updates, synapse is growing too fast! Haha.

Either way, I love this shirt. Not so much for the snakes / bird thing going on but I love how the snake weaves through the leaves. I know that sounds dumb but I am a huge fan of twisting and overlapping. The colors are awesome, variance in line weight is great... just a killer shirt.

Not to many people seem to know of these dudes, they have sort of flown under the radar but have established quite a following. Almost at the ranks of Cupcakes charging $35 a shirt.

I am not sure I am going to throw down the 28 for it but I do love this shirt. The image with the gold over print, I just love it. They do have some great decks as well that I really want to throw down for.

All in all, they have some amazing shirts and if I do end up getting some extra money in my pocked I would love to pick up a shirt or two.

And this is a shirt I loved. Ice Cream Man by Glamour Kills. As many of you know I am not the hugest fan of all the galmour kills stuff (mostly just the huge type tee's) but large format printing they own. These guys do great stuff with all over prints / designs and Ice Cream Man is no different.... even though its not an all over print, haha. Just an all around great shirt that I hope to get my hands on in the next while.

Wooohooo, got at least one update in this week. Things exploded for us over here at work with the new portfolio up and some other client projects going on. But I knew when Sandlin and I chatted that this beast needed to go up to round out the weekend.

The first one being Get It To Go. I dunno what it is I like so much about this one but I think its that it reminds me of garbage pail kids so much. How it leads you from common to what the f*ck so fast. The illustration is great, concept great, I'm not sure if I would wear it as a shirt but would kill to have a poster of it for the wall.

Gotta love this shirt. Its a great take on CMYK where almost all of the ones you see are just super stagnant. That and its got space suits, and who doesn't like space suits?

Its two huge bucks on a shirt, I love it. The print looks amazing and I really like how it over laps the sleeves. That is an nice touch that isn't too over bearing but strong enough that you notice it. Its cool how the ornate shape kinda frames the body of who ever is wearing it.

jaynajaynajayna probably has the hardest name to type into this database. I give her props for that! And for owning some killer shirt designs. I still need to get the bear one. I couldn't find a good portfolio for her so just check out her store... enjoy the sketchy hand written look!

I knew the second this shirt became available somewhere I had to pick it up. I know they have something like this at Designed By Humans but the colors on this are amazing... a full chest print of a kitten with freakin lazers coming out of his eyes, awesome.

I have been checking Joe's portfolio from time to time to see what's up and for anyone that hasn't seen it yet, check it out. He has a really good hand drawn / retro style that I really dig.

As many know Glamour Kills isn't one of my favorite companies out there... it is very scene orientated which is something I try and stay away from. I dunno, hold it against me or not, I am not a huge fan of going to a show and wearing the same shirt as everyone else. Buy more power to Glamour Kills because they are slaying this market.

The thing I do like is how well the company seems to pull off full prints. This shirt looks amazing and when they get some more in stock I might have to order one of them just to see how it all looks / feels... but based on how fast they all sold out I have to say they must be doing something right.

I am not too certain I would wear this shirt but the more I look at it the more I like it. So yes, its growing on me... if I had more room in the closet I would buy one. Its nice to see a huge print on black, you dont see that too often.

Checked out the portfolio and its not too shabby, took a little time to find the work but when I did its all really good. Got that textured vector look that is quite popular these days. Keep it up.

I was checking out Chris' portfolio and its quite impressive. The guy knows his stuff and seems very well rounded in more than just print design. I love his vector work while still keeping that sketching feeling.

Although I am not a huge fan of the "street wear" style of shirts that are out there with girls on the front or things like that this shirt is amazing. The gold foil bullets that are on the back shoulder are great. Don't own it yet... if it was less than 30 I would pick it up but just love it.

A first for tank theory on this site I believe and I am not sure why. I have been a fan of some of their shirts for quite some time now. Expect more of them in the future on here.

I have been a fan of this artist for quite a while now. I love his blend of vector and sketch style. Flows wonderfully and all of his pieces have a little darker edge to them which I really love.

But about the shirt I had to put this up here. Yes, I do love cute shirts and this is one of them. Make fun of me as much as you want but this thing is awesome. A baby monster practicing terrorizing a city... love it! My only issue is that I don't wear green shirts so I am not sure if I am going to pick this one up but it shouldn't stop you at all!

Not sure who the actual designer is and there isn't a whole lot to say about it. Its jason's mask on a shirt, does it get any better? Not much. I love the fact thats a front and back print where as a lot of "full" prints are just patterns across the whole shirt, its a nice touch.

Once they get some smalls in I really want to order one.

Its just a preorder now but this looks like its going to make a great shirt. Nice and calm looking for summer. Nothing too loud. I love the artsy water color look with the fine outline. Good stuff.

Totally fits in with Ryan's style. Everything he does has that hand drawn look to it and its nice to see that he sticks to that for all of his work. I do believe the shirt is going to be be printed on AA as well so I think I am going to have to pick one up when they are good and ready.

Heck yes it is! I'm not a frosting fan, more of a lemon bunt cake kinda guy. I had wedding cake this weekend, it was glorious... hence the lack of update on monday (got a tad behind on work so the blog took the blow)

But that aside I love this shirt! Normally I am not crazy into characters with little saying on them but this along with a few other recent ones I have noticed are making me think twice. That and its a brown shirt, I love brown. Not a whole lot to say about this one that isn't said by the cake jumping up and down.

Never heard of matt before this shirt but I stopped by his portfolio and everything looks very sharp. Each illy sort of has that joke feel to it which I kinda like. His style seems very cool and quite relaxed. For sure matches the style of the shirt which is nice to see instead of someone doing "whats in" just to win a contest. So stop by his portfolio and check it out.

I am not entirely sure who designed this one, but one of those boys over at JACC must have.

Although it is a little pricey for me I love wearing long sleeve thermals (weather permitting) and when I rock this one I feel kinda modelish. I think its how much AA shirts shrink after you wash them combined with the subtle print on the front. Any stronger of a print and I think it would be too much because I am not one to really like long sleeves with anything printed on them... strange I know, but hey, its my site. So yeah, super comfy and you feel pretty good looking wearing it.

This is the ode to the 2001, anyone in the shirt world knows this shirt. It is one of the most comfortable thing out there and as you know I refer to the shirts on here being printed on AA, well, that means this shirt.

And as much as I love my printed shirts I do love a good blank solid one color and AA has over 30 to choose from... along with stripes and new textures being added all the time. These shirts run a little small so order a size larger than you normally are. Other than that, one of the most comfortable shirts I have ever warn and I love my solid black one to death.

I love seibei's shirts! Everyone has a comedically great twist to it. This one has to be my favorite so far. This shirt uses his typical style of drawing that I really appreciate. I need to get around to ordering this one in the near future. Another few of his will make there way on here but for now, just think about it. "Are there many jobs out there for vampires?"

This one is a very simple shirt and thats what I love about it so much. Its all type and color and its hard to pull that off and make it a shirt I want. Absolutely love the water color texture going on along with the font used.

I have another Snakes & Suits shirt and I love the feel of it. Printed on AA i believe with a nice thin ink so its super snug.

I dont really know much about eric aside from his snakes stuff but from all that it seems like he has watercolors down.

This one is on its way here right now and I cant even express how excited I am for this shirt. This totally takes me back to my childhood memories. Its hard to find a good picture style full print, most of them are very busy which I do like but I love how strait forward and simple this one is. Going to be nice to have some blue on a shirt as well, I dont think I have any shirts with blue ink on them as the main color.

And knowing Kyle's dedication to quality this thing is going to be oh so comfy with an excellent print. Printed on tultex so you know its a good fit.

Its about time I get some linty fresh going on in here. I am a huge fan of his shirts and belts, and pretty much anything else eric can come up with. Lets face it, this guy knows how to brand his merchandise so as soon as you see it, you know its linty fresh.

I will get some shirts up here over the next month or two but right now its all about the belts. I own the Hans the Monkey belt and it is my favorite one I have. I would like to get Lucha Azul one as well but thats later on down the road. Its a great belt, simple and colorful. Printed up by Greg over at miles to go so you know they are legit. Just one of those products I love and is so unique.

Damn, two DBH shirts in a row. What's the world coming to. I had another shirt planned for today but upon stopping by Design By Humans I knew this had to go up. Not a huge fan of red shirts but I really like this. I love the simplicity of the whole design by the complexity of the mouth. Its one of those there are more than meets the eye kinda thing.

As far as the designer I never knew about this person until I just discovered the shirt. So with that said go stop by his flickr account and check it out. I love the military toast design. His used of vector style line work on photoshop textured images is really pleasing to the eye. Would love to pick up a print if they were available.

Another shirt where I know nothing of the designer. I checked out the link and it just takes me to a myspace page with some of their work. The stuff looks pretty solid, good vector work.

I love this shirt so much because its a wolf in space! Need I say more. Its a big chest print but with the printing DBH does it should be nice and soft after a wash or two... and watch out, the dbh stuff shrinks a little bit when you wash it just like AA so order a little bigger.

I don't really know a whole lot about the designer of this shirt. Checked out his site and I really like his robot series paintings.

I think I love this shirt so much because of the Escher-esk style of it where looking at it just makes you feel puzzled and out of place. One of my favorite artists of all time so of course I would like this shirt.

The print is great like almost all the threadless stuff as of late so for $15 go pick it up.

I dont really know anything about Steven outside of his work... and his vector work is uber clean. Up there with the like of Hydro74 and TWhite.

I love this shirt because of the hand drawn ornate. I am a huge huge ornate fan. Have been for the longest time (have it tattooed around my wrist) and this ornate work is some of the best I have seen. The colors are amazing as well.

Don't own the shirt so I cant really comment on it as far as quality but I would love to. And if you see this Steven shoot me an email so we can learn a little bit about you.

Sorry all for the lag on updates, between work and my computer deciding to not start up I am getting a little behind. The next few days could be pretty rocky as far as updates go.

Its about time to get some neon colors up here. I saw this sweatshirt and fell in love. So in your face, glorious. I am not sure who actually designed this pattern but it looks pretty sweet. I am curious to how it fits though because it looks custom made. If anyone has one let me know how it fits / feels... unless of course pyknic wants to send me a goodie box full of their stuff (then I can update you all, wink wink). ~~Also if anyone knows who designed it let me know.~~

Ok, back to trying to fix my computer. (and I'll try and keep my posts more regular faith)

It was a holiday yesterday and thats why I didn't update the shirt... don't get mad at me!

But figured I would come back from the long weekend with an amazing shirt that just came out. Everyone know's im not a huge fan of wearing shirts with band names on them but seriously.. it's darkest hour! A burly ass band. The shirt is designed by Derek Deal, an amazing designer from florida (there is way to much talent out there) and its been awesome to see his work improve over the last few months. Seeing his work shift more from imagery to wacom drawn has been nice.

Either way go get this shirt along with several other from victory records that got a nice new batch from popular designers.

I really know nothing about this designer. And I wish I did. I checked out their site and the about says coming soon. So, if your the designer and you ended up reading this please tell us about yourself!

But back to the tee... this is for sure the next in line to order. Kind of reminds me of my apples hate orange shirt just with the leaves and what not. Love the unique placement and being from DBH you know the print is amazing.

update: Awoke to a nice email from annie this morning (designer of the tee). Found out that she is mostly a gallery style artist who figured that it would translate well for this shirt... and it did! She is doing some work with recycled paper that you can check out at her store. She said she will be updating her site soon with more work and I am going to hold her to that, I would love to see more work.

Yes, this shirt is from threadless. I don't own a whole lot from his company anymore just because my tastes have shifted. But every once in a while they do come out with a shirt I love. "Color In The Dark" being one of them.

I don't really know anything about this designer, it as just seeing the shirt on my monday morning website rounds. Love the colors on black. I wonder how the print is? Being that its threadless I'm sure its pretty well. But going through their portfolio I did start to recognize a piece or two I have seen before.

Very cool vector / photo combo's. Worth checking out.

Another amazing production from no pattern. From what I read he was commissioned to design this just for an event. No words on if it will ever be fully manufactured yet but I really hope so.

Like all of chucks other work is is full of vibrant colors and glows. Love it.

update: thanks to nick who let me know this is going to be in next years line. So expect the mountain next year to look like a giant rave because everyone is going to be sporting it.

Had to put this one up here. Its up on DBH but I doubt it will be for much longer. This shirt is amazing. So great I had to order two, one for myself and one for Glenn who lives down in Australia(the other half of synapse).

This is right up Herman's style. The grit yet beauty in vector lines. I am very anxious to get this in the mail. Hopefully it will be here today or tomorrow. He is one designer I have been following for quite a while now. His use of color just blows me away... not to mention how much he destroys every t-shirt contest out there. So if you run into anything that says designed by Freshfauxx just pick it up, because sooner or later your going to regret you didn't.

Expect more about it when I get it in the mail. Such as fit, print thickness, etc.

This is the first of many non-shirt things that is going to go up on this site. But I love this wallet. I dont own it yet but when the next pay check comes in I would love to order it.

Not a whole lot to say about it that you cant tell by the picture. I do believe its printed on AA canvas wallet. I have owned one of these before and they are very good wallets. Enough room for what you need and forces you to ditch that $5 off coupon you have been holding onto for the sushi place down the street for the last 3 years.

Either way, I believe it was designed by Micah from over there. I could be wrong so please correct me if I am. But it has been really nice to see his work progress over the short time of following them. Expect to see a few shirts of their new line featured on here in the near future... *cough*vintage pipes*cough*

This is the first of many shirt up on Designed By Humans that I feel is worth mentioning. There is some serious talent on that site.

But I know my site right now is mostly checked out by fellow empteer's. So a lot of you might not actually know of this artist. Sr. Lopes hails from Brazil I believe. His style is hard to describe but should be well appreciated. A strong sense of texture and color plays up quite well in all his pieces, and especially well in this tee 'All Is Vanity". Don't tell me that isn't one of the most beautiful art pieces on a shirt right now.

Expect a lot more on this site from him! And please do check out his porftolio. It is very appealing.

I do believe this shirt is sold out up to mediums (so large and above is still available). Maybe you can all pitch for a reprint.

This shirt is a prime example of one I want but don't have. Come to think about it I dont have any rockett shirts yet. But when I do this will be the first one I order.

~~Ric~~ er, I mean horsebites did an amazing job. One of the shirts I would for sure consider art on a fabric medium (I would love to hang up a print of this as well). It really sticks true to his style of art. Tips to point spot a horsebites design: eyes, guts, animal skulls, hands, and amazing line weight. I'm really looking forward to adding this one to my collection.

I would love to know how its printed. Just because I know some big prints on black can feel thick and plastic like. Just wondering if they went with a discharge ink.

Figure we will start this site out with one of my favorite shirts I own right now. Super soft, great colors. And come on, its yogi bear dressed up as flavor flav. Just pick one up... and don't worry. Its available in both guys and girls tees.

Its printed on american apparel shirts so it does run a little small when you order it. So just keep that in mind. Well worth the $22.

And the guys from pyknic were awesome when they sent it out. Came with some stickers, a little photo book, and a hand written note from the guys thanking me. Was a nice touch.
